There is nothing like a piece of solid maple that says Vermont made! Maple hardwood has a clean, solid look and feel to it. A hand selected piece of maple has been transformed into a hand made cribbage board made in Vermont. The game of cribbage goes all the way back to the 17th century and is still being played by many to this day. A cribbage board is a great gift and to many a fun and competitive past time. This 2 track board has been designed with laser engraved track guides to make it easier to keep track of each players peg location, including point number references and a skunk line. Additionally "Cribbage" along with a great cribbage hand has also been laser engraved onto this beautiful keepsake game piece. Each of holes have been individually drilled by hand. The board has been hand sanded and finished with a hard Tung oil that visually enhances the maple grain to be brought to light. Because of the hardness of this wood selection, the surface is amazingly smooth. The board is then hand sanded again to 1000 grit and a polished finish of Wood Vigor from Wayne's Wood Originals applied.
